Before You Visit a Model Home

Register with me first so we can discuss what you're looking for and establish how I will work with you as your real estate professional. If you're interested in new construction, I can then contact the builder, determine its current real estate professional registration requirements, and when appropriate register you before your first visit.

Please don't visit the model home, register online with the builder, or provide your information to the builder before we speak. Builder policies vary, and taking these steps first helps preserve your opportunity to have your own real estate professional involved from the beginning.
